Etienne Létang advises on M&A/corporate finance, both in transactional and litigation matters.

Before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés, he was an intern at the International law Commission of the UN and at the law firm UGGC.

Admitted to practice in 2015, he holds a Master’s degree in Business and economics law (Paris I, 2014) and a degree from the Magistère in Private and public business law (Paris I, 2013).
